This 800 square foot, 2 bed, 2 bath Condo is located in the Gulf Beach and Racquet Club in Ft. Morgan, AL.

This was an out-of-town client who hired a disreputable contractor, who then abandoned the project in its early stages. Unfortunately, this is a common story in this area. We were able to fix the mistakes the other contractor made and complete construction in less than 2 months, allowing our client to quickly, confidently get the property back on the rental market in time for Spring.
