The Sea Star

This 2,000 square foot, 4 bed, 3 bath beach house is located right on the ocean on beautiful West Beach, in Gulf Shores, AL.

This is a rental property, which was hit hard by Hurricane Sally, and then by a waterspout. Since they had to do so much work to fix the damage, the clients decided that they should remodel the interior as well. We took this one down to the studs, and discovered that it didn’t have very good bones… Despite discovering two significant issues, we completed the project on-schedule and under-budget.
